REGISTRATION:
Attendance at the Connect 2025 Conference (“the Conference”) requires prior registration.
Registration can be completed through the designated registration portal (connect2025.simplifyhealthcare.com) or by contacting the Conference organizers directly at connect2025@simplifyhealthcare.com.
All registration information must be accurate and up to date.
By registering, attendees agree to comply with these Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
We advise all sponsors to contact us regarding the cancellation of their registration. Cancellation requests must be submitted by emailing the Conference organizers at connect2025@simplifyhealthcare.com.
For sponsorship packages, we will offer a full refund of the package amount until August 9 (60 days prior to the event) and a 50% refund until September 9 (30 days prior to the event).
Cancellation requests for passes submitted at least 14 days prior to the event will be fully refundable. For any request beyond the cancellation period, contact us at connect2025@simplifyhealthcare.com
Transaction fees will be charged at actual.
ADA (AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT) INFORMATION:
Accommodation Requests:
Attendees requiring reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) should contact the Conference organizers in advance.
Requests for accommodations should be submitted no later than Friday, September 20.
Accessibility:
The Conference venue will be accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Accessibility features such as ramps, elevators, and designated seating areas will be provided.

EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT:
Respectful Behavior:
All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the Conference.
Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Please contact the Conference staff if you are being harassed or notice that someone else is being harassed.
Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Disruptive Behavior:
Disruptive behavior that interferes with the Conference proceedings or the experience of other attendees is strictly prohibited.
Attendees are expected to follow the instructions of the Conference organizers and venue staff at all times.
CONFIDENTIALITY/FUTURE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER:
During the Conference, attendees may be exposed to confidential and proprietary information regarding future software products, features, or technologies of Simplify Healthcare.
Attendees agree not to disclose or share confidential information with third parties.
Attendees understand that unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action by Simplify Healthcare.
Attendees understand that exposure to future software products, features, or technologies of Simplify Healthcare is for informational purposes only and Simplify Healthcare is not committed to deliver any of the software products, features, or technologies.
USE OF MY PHOTO/LIKENESS TERMS:
Simplify Healthcare may capture photographs and videos during the Conference for promotional and documentation purposes.
By attending the Conference, attendees grant Simplify Healthcare the right to use their likeness, including photographs, videos, and testimonials, for marketing and promotional activities related to the Conference or Simplify Healthcare’s products.
Simplify Healthcare is under no obligation to compensate attendees for using their likeness for marketing and promotional activities related to the Conference or Simplify Healthcare’s products.
EVENT WIRELESS SERVICE:
Availability:
Wireless internet access will be provided to the attendees at the Venue during the Conference.
The availability and quality of the wireless service may vary and Simplify Healthcare cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.
Attendees are responsible for their own devices and network security.
ACCEPTABLE USE:
Attendees must use the wireless service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Any misuse of the wireless service, including unauthorized access, hacking, or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited.
By attending the Connect 2025 Conference, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms, Conditions, and Guidelines. The Conference organizers reserve the right to amend or modify these terms as necessary and will provide notice of any changes to attendees.
EVENT OF FORCE MAJEURE:
For purposes of the present Contract, “Event of Force Majeure” means any event or events which the Conference Organizer, despite all reasonable efforts, is not able to prevent or overcome, and which include but not limited to war, terrorism, riots, civil strife, lightning, fires, explosions, storms, floods, other acts of nature, strikes, lockouts, other labor disputes, or acts of authorities preventing the Conference Organizer from fulfilling their obligations under the present Contract. If either the Conference Organizer or the attendee is prevented from performing any of its obligations under the present Contract by reason of an Event of Force Majeure, they shall be excused from performance under the present Contract for so long as the Event of Force Majeure prevents its performance; provided, however, that they promptly notify in writing, the existence of an Event of Force Majeure and diligently take such actions as are necessary or appropriate to minimize loss or damage and restore the ability to perform under the present Contract. If the Event of Force Majeure continues for more than 30 (thirty) days, any of the Parties may terminate the present Contract after sending written notification to another Party.
LIABILITY RELEASE AND HEALTH TERMS:
Assumption of Risk:
By attending the Conference, attendees acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in an in-person event, including but not limited to the risk of contracting COVID-19.
Attendees acknowledge that despite the implementation of safety measures and precautions, it is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with COVID-19 or any other contagious disease.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to attend the Conference, attendees agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Simplify Healthcare, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as “the Organizers”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to attendance at the Conference.
This release applies to any and all claims, including those arising from the negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of the Organizers.
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold the Organizers harmless from any claims brought by third parties arising from the attendee’s participation in the Conference.
BY ATTENDING THE CONNECT 2025 CUSTOMER CONFERENCE, ATTENDEES CONFIRM THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LIABILITY RELEASE. ATTENDEES ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS RELEASE IS BINDING UPON THEMSELVES, THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Conference.
The Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment brought to the Conference by attendees.
COVID-19 Exposure:
Attendees understand and acknowledge that attending the Conference may involve exposure to COVID-19.
Attendees voluntarily assume the risk of exposure and agree not to hold the Organizers liable for any illness or injury, including COVID-19, contracted during or after the Conference.
We continue to monitor state and county guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions.
As of the latest update, masks are not mandatory at the conference. However, they remain optional, and attendees are free to wear them if they choose.
Please note that these guidelines are subject to change based on updates from health authorities. We recommend attendees to stay informed and make decisions that ensure their safety and comfort.
Compliance with Health Guidelines:
Attendees agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines and protocols implemented by the Organizers, including but not limited to wearing masks, practice social distancing, and hand hygiene.
Attendees understand that failure to comply with the guidelines may result in removal from the Conference premises.
Personal Responsibility:
Attendees acknowledge that they are attending the Conference voluntarily and are solely responsible for their own health and well-being.
Attendees agree to monitor their own health leading up to and during the Conference and to refrain from attending if they exhibit any symptoms of illness or have been in contact with anyone known to have COVID-19.
